How do I get my username and password?
Once you have registered on the NuCall web site your unique ID will get sent to you via sms and email.
How do I download the application?
From your mobile device go to your phones application store and search for NuCall.
How do make a cost saving voip call?
Go into the NuCall application on your phone and use normal dialling habits or select a number from your contacts list.
How do buy airtime?

How do I top up with airtime?
With your Credit card you can go to www.nucall.co.za/sign-up and select the TOP UP tab and proceed from there.
With UKash you can either go to www.nucall.co.za/sign-up and select the TOP UP tab, once there select payment type as UKash, alternatively just dial dial *12 from your NuCall application where an IVR recording will ask you for your voucher number. Insert your number using your keypad.
